The Savannah Lakes Village Townhouse Club’s Board of Directors have approved
the following assessments and fees for the 2020 calendar assessment year. These fees apply equally to all townhomes in the Association. The fees apply to ALL townhome owners for each home in the
Association, whether you choose to pay quarterly or annually.
If you wish to pay quarterly:
• Your first payment is due by January 15, 2020 is $664.00 (includes 10.00 convenience fee and
a onetime annual insurance fee of $150.00)
• Your next three payments of $514.00 (includes a 10.00 convenience fee) are due April 1, 2020;
July 1, 2020; and October 1, 2020.
If you wish to pay annually:
• Your single total payment of $2,166.00 is due by January 15, 2020. This payment includes
your annual assessment of $2,016.00, plus the annual insurance assessment of $150.00.
