From the Owner:
Our home at 131 Lake Ridge Dr is surrounded by well-established azaleas, camellias, magnolia, and more beauties. Most any day off the year, something is blooming at this Cape Cod style house with maintenance-free vinyl cedar shake. The minute you walk in, you are greeted with warm hardwood flooring, judges paneling in the entry and dining room, and crown molding at the 10′ ceilings, with a double tray and crowns in the master bedroom, as well. Many extra light switches were added, inside and out, to give ambiance for daily or seasonal tastes, even in the attic windows which are controlled from the main level. When choosing the right builder most were not interested, as too much detail was involved for spec home builders, but this and many more added features are what make our custom home attractive, efficient, and beyond the ordinary. Please check it out for yourself in person you will not be disappointed!
