As a property owner, your membership to the country clubs and use of all the amenities comes with ownership of property. You are not required to live in Savannah Lakes Village in order to use all the amenities, so come often, vacation, and enjoy the lake and clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no time limit on when you have to build. Build when you are ready and choose your own builder. Plan on six to twelve months to completion, depending on the size of home you choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
